I used a mini-muffin pan for bite-size treats, it worked great. Karen: I added a couple tablespoons of water to the caramels when melting--it poured nicely, and after sitting until serving time firmed up a little but was still perfectly gooey. :) I made these yesterday, and they were yummy! I made it in tart pans. I think I baked it too long, it is a little chewy. Had trouble with the caramels. They didn't want to drizzle. Do you have a helpful suggestion for the carmels?
