If I had to choose one vegetable as my favorite, it would definitely be tomatoes. Especially tomatoes fresh from the garden. I’ve always said, if you think you don’t like tomatoes, try one fresh from a garden and it will surely change your mind!! Each year, we end up with tons of cherry tomatoes in our garden, and they are one of my favorites because they are such and easy and delicious snack. They are almost like eating candy!
