I often find myself in the produce section of the grocery store, looking at all the different kinds of produce that is available to us today. I love going to stores that have the fruits and vegetables that are maybe not so common – the ones most of us haven’t used before or maybe even heard of. And it’s fun to just pick one of those vegetables or fruits and to go home and learn about it and try it in a recipe. And with the internet, it’s easy to do the research! This week’s grocery trip landed this celery root in my basket.
