I don’t know about you, but I love to have a kitchen gadget for everything.
While there are many gadgets out there to choose from. I thought I’d share with you a few of my favorite gadgets that are tried and true. They have all made my life easier, and that, in my opinion is what a good kitchen gadget is all about.

1. Mini Food Processor/Chopper – I love my mini chopper! I have been pulling mine out a lot lately. Even just to chop up a few garlic cloves or ginger. It takes no time to get a quick mince and it’s small and easy to take out and to wash. I also love it to make a quick batch of hummus or pesto!
2. Crepe Maker – I can’t say enough how much I love my crepe maker! It is so easy to make crepes with! All you do is plug it in, and after it heats up you dip it into your crepe batter and let the excess run off. Then when the red light comes on it is done! You just slide it right off! Love it!
3. Microplane Grater/Zester – Microplane graters work wonders on grating lemon zest, and it is also super easy to grate a little Parmigiano-Reggiano on your favorite pasta.
4. Panini Maker and Grill – I recently got a panini maker and I have loved it! Lunch time has been a lot more fun with a panini maker, and they are also great to grill chicken and veggies! Even hot peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the kiddos!
So, there you have just a few of my favorite kitchen gadgets!

I think the hand blender is the best invention ever and then I love my pampered chef chopper thing
My new yogurt maker!! The first batch didn’t come out right (either due to too old cultures or temperature mistakes on my part; or both) but the second try was creamy and delicious!! I’m working with store-bought yogurt as culture since I can’t get amazon to ship live cultures to the US Virgin Islands, but every attempt is a lesson learned! Now to try to get it to come out like Fage….
