Our Salmon Chowder has been a hit in the test kitchen since its creation. Zupas employees love this recipe and have claimed it as one of their favorites.  We’ve spent months perfecting just the right spice combination and creamy consistency. This time around we tried 6 different types of salmon to find the perfect option to compliment this unique chowder.

We love this recipe because its a refreshing take on the classic Clam Chowder. In addition to the health benefits of salmon, the delicate flavor and consistency of this chowder is completely satisfying.

This recipe doesn’t overpower the salmon, as the array of vegetables and spices compliment it perfectly. Stop in for a bowl at any of our locations this week. You have until Saturday, April 10th to enjoy our newest creation.

    First time to ever eat at Zupas (I live in a VERY remote community, with NO major eating establishments) The Roasted Red Pepper and Lobster Soup was GREAT! Would love a recipe to make at home, as I’ll not likely have many chances to eat at Zupas.
