The 4th of July is almost here!! What do you have planned? If you want to make sure you have some festive food on the table, these Jello Poke Cupcakes would be a great idea!
Start with a white cake mix or your favorite white cake recipe. Make the mix into cupcakes. Cool completely.
Once cool, poke holes in each cupcake with chopsticks, a kebab stick, a sucker stick – anything small works here!
Mix a 3-oz. package of strawberry or cherry jello into 1 cup of boiling water. Pour the mixture into the holes of the cupcakes.
Refridgerate for 2 hours.
Mix one small container of whipped topping with 1 package of instant white chocolate pudding. Top each cupcake with the whipped topping mixture. Top with a few blueberries, and you have a festive (and easy!) cupcake to share and celebrate!!
