With the colder weather approaching, I see more soup-based dinners on the horizon. This is the perfect side to a hot bowl of soup and can be made in just minutes. Literally. Your kids will go crazy for these and will beg you to make them again and again!
Easy Sour Milk Biscuits
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
1 cup sour milk (place 1 tablespoon white vinegar into a liquid measuring cup. Add enough milk to make 1 cup. Allow to sit on counter for at least 10 minutes)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Make sour milk (see above). Set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Using a pastry cutter, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Make well in center and add in milk. Using a wooden spoon, mix for a minute until all ingredients are incorporated. Drop tablespoon size rounds of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 13-18 minutes, depending on your oven. Serve warm!
Makes 12-15 biscuits.

This sounds great! I wonder, can this be made with whole wheat flower?
I made these tonight for dinner to go with our soup and they were SO good and incredibly easy. I love the crunchy outside while being light and fluffy. So delicious! This recipe is a great find. We will use it frequently.
