Do you ever find yourself on culinary kicks? For me lately it’s passion fruit and lemons–two fruits I always turn to when berries are out of season. It’s Halloween time again, and there is no better season for sweet treats in my opinion. There or so many different cute treat ideas out there, but this one is as simple as 1,2,3. This is a different take on caramel corn. I use half melted peanut butter chips, and half melted white chocolate chips. I mix it together and top it off with nuts and M&M’s and you’ve got yourself a sweet temptation that you won’t be able to keep your hands out of. Everyone will devour it and beg for more!

I believe that pancakes are a work of art. I’ve been trying to master the art of pancakes my whole married life, which happens to be near a decade. One of my all time favorite snacks, or breakfasts, or even sometimes for dinner is a nice hot and fresh buttermilk biscuit slathered in butter and homemade strawberry jam. Yum! My mouth waters at just the thought of it. This recipe is a winner in my book. The biscuits bake up high and moist, perfect for biscuits and gravy, slathered in jam, or just plain. If you are looking to jazz up your chocolate chip cookie recipe, here is a little hint. Add crushed Oreo cookies to your dough. This recipe is absolutely delicious, and you may never make your cookies without them again. You could also add crushed Nutter Butter cookies, just use your imagination. My husband planted me a beautiful garden this year and it is growing beautifully. At the moment, it is overflowing with delicious zucchini. My favorite use for this versatile vegetable is to make zucchini bread. My kids devour it and I can secretly smile because they have no idea that they are eating their vegetables! This is my go-to recipe. It works out perfectly every time and it takes no time at all to prepare.
