recipe: pear and pecan salad
November 5th, 2009 - by Caroline
Another great recipe I promised to share is this yummy pear and pecan salad. This salad would make a great addition to your Thanksgiving or Christmas table!
I just love fruit in my salads and pear does not disappoint. It goes lovely with the candied pecans and feta cheese.
I think that the key to building a sweet salad is, a fruit of some kind, a nut, and a cheese. Top that with a good dressing and you are good to go.
