Our World Tour is back and we are more excited than ever. Our first stop on our World Tour: USA.

This featured recipe has been one our biggest hits and is loved by our staff. If you are looking for the perfect bowl of soup that is full of fresh vegetables and herbs, look no further! Our Garden Chowder is the perfect way to enjoy fresh vegetables to their fullest. The creamy consistency is complimented by the delicate herbs and spices in this dish. We spent weeks getting this dish just right in our test kitchen and the flavor is there to prove it. It is a favorite among our staff and has been brought back several times by popular demand. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy this classic, yet unique dish that will have you coming back for more. All Zupas locations will be serving the Garden Chowder through Saturday, September 4th.

recipe: garlic thyme mini burgers

June 10th, 2010 - by Caroline

Barbecue season is in full swing now that summer has finally arrived.

These garlic-thyme burgers are packed with amazing flavor, and are a welcomed change to your average grilled burger.

They are definitely for the garlic lover, and the fresh thyme adds a nice flavor.  It’s a great way to impress your guests at your next barbecue.  You can make mini slider burgers, or stick with your average size burger, either way, they are tasty!

Check out the recipe below.

celebrate: good friday

April 2nd, 2010 - by Jen

Good Friday is the Friday before Easter Sunday. It is traditionally a “day of fasting and penance for many Christians, commemorating the anniversary of Christ’s crucifixion and death.” The tradition of eating small cakes during the time of the spring festival is said to date back to the ancient Greeks. The first recorded use of the name ‘hot cross bun’ was around 1733. they are traditionally are eaten on Good Friday, specifically in England. They may be tied to this specific day because of a decree issued in 1592 stating that bakers could only make and sell “spice cakes, buns, biscuits, or other spice breads” at burials, the friday before easter sunday, and Christmas. That decree was eradicated centuries ago, but even if it was still in force, you could make these delicious little treats at home, year round.
