Line Server

At Café Zupas, our Line Servers are extremely important. With their amazing personalities, they can provide exceptional guest service while serving the best food on the planet! Because our Line Servers are well-trained, they are able to make salads, sandwiches, soups, and can also work our cash register. In other words, as a Line Server, you would be able to work any station on our line at any time!

Management

Our Managers are vital to our culture at Café Zupas, they set the pace of the restaurant every day. Their primary functions are to motivate, inspire, and to serve as a mentor to the staff. The greatest responsibility a Café Zupas Manager has is to invest time and to develop each individual team member.  Because of this, at Café Zupas, we don’t have “office managers” or “lobby managers”, instead we have “PEOPLE MANAGERS.”
Additionally, our Managers work out on the line, right beside our line servers. They must be the strongest line servers we have. Because of this, our Managers have a unique opportunity to interact with each and every guest that comes through our line. With their passion, enthusiasm, and example, our Managers set the tone and excitement level during our business revenue periods.

Shift Leader

Our Shift Leaders are outstanding employees who work with the GM & AGM to develop and motivate the staff. Our Shift Leaders are required to close Monday night and open Tuesday morning.  On those two shifts, our Shift Leaders are running the shift alone. Therefore, our Shift Leaders are responsible, trustworthy, and the “Zupas Champions” out there! Assistant General Manager

Our Assistant General Managers run the day-to-day operations of the restaurant along with the General  Manager. General Manager

Our General Managers are the ultimate mentors. In addition to the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, they constantly look for and take advantage of opportunities to develop their Managers and staff .Our GM’s are not “jerk bosses”, but instead are motivators and teachers. Catering Coordinator

Our Catering Coordinators are the primary contact for all of our catering customers. With their passion for Café Zupas and their ability to connect and build relationships, they really bring a lot each and every day to our restaurants!
Our Catering Coordinators work in our restaurants ever day alongside our Managers and Line Servers. They are great team players and never shy away from helping our in store lunch customers. In the morning, their focus is taking and completing all catering orders through utilizing and directing our staff. This focus shifts to pick up orders and working on our service line during the lunch rush.
