BBQ Chicken Salad
There are light salads, quick for the go, and then there are slow salads, hearty you might say. Our BBQ Chicken Salad is a hearty salad. It starts with a bed of mixed greens splashed with ranch dressing, and then the chunks are folded in: Chicken, tomatoes, black beans, corn, black olives, red onions and tortilla strips. The finishing touch is our special BBQ sauce. As you work all these ingredients together with your fork, magic happens. It’s your own masterpiece. You will be tempted to let it sit for a moment as all these ingredients get to know each other—but more tempted to start eating right away. And you won’t stop until you’ve chased the last chunk around your bowl.
I would REALLY love it if you could come up with a Greek salad!!!

Just tried Zupas this week. Went back twice on two different lunch occassions. FANTASTIC FOOD!!! Had soup and salad combo both times. Had the BBQ chicken salad and bowl of Thai Lobster Curry soup, absolutely delicious! Would totally reccommend both and will have them again. 2nd trip I got the Thai Peanut Chicken Salad and Yucatan Chicken Tortilla soup. AGAIN, INCREDIBLE! Loved both times I’ve been and I adore the food! Would love to have some nutritional facts available. Other than that, fantastic restaurant, already told several people to go try it!!!
OH! And I have to agree with Bob B. in comparison with Paradise, Zupas is exceptionally above it.
