Lobster Bisque

This isn’t lobster bisque for the weekend tourist, scurrying to get back on the bus. This is fisherman’s choice lobster bisque, served down by the docks where the sea smell is rich and authentic. It’s bisque you might find served in Portsmouth, Seabrook, Marblehead, Cape Neddick or Essex Village. Our Lobster Bisque features generous chunks of lobster blended carefully with diced vegetables and secret seasonings. It’s spiced right and delivers a marriage of taste and texture that are as traditional and flavorful as a New England coastline.

It is the best soup I ever tasted! I am trying to think of an excuse to drive down to Salt Lake and get some more. No need to even look at the other things on the menu. You need a place up in Layton.

OMG – My son treated me to lunch there the other day – I had the Lobster Bisque soup and the berry salad – I’ve NEVER had such great Lobster Bisque – PERFECT in every way – I live in Pleasant View – Please Please Please – open a new store in North Ogden, Pleasant View area – we need restaurants badly up there – especially one as terrific as this one – You would be as packed as your Layton store – everyday!!!
