LOVE LOVE LOVE the Mangoberry too!! WILL be so sad when we leave UT for IL, we are military and must move to IL in July I wish there was one there in IL!! WHY is it only UT has Zupas!!

I LOVE Zupas. A friend introduced us (me and Cafe Zupas) a few months ago and I live about 30 minutes north so whenever I am in Layton I have to eat there. I am so addicted. Mangoberry salad and turkey spinach artichoke sandwich! YUMMMMMMM!
I’m in love with this salad! I would die for the recipe for the dressing. My husband doesn’t like salads but he loves this one. We get it at least once every 2 weeks. In fact, we’re going to Zupas tomorrow.
If anyone has a recipe for a dressing similar to the one that is on this salad I would be eternally grateful.
