I was in New Orleans last week traveling. I was craving cajun in Salt Lake. And great googly moogly that was good gumbo in the rockies.
Was introduced to Zupas last night by my seet wife and I am SOLD! The Salad and the Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo were awesome. I’m a regular now!
I grew up in New Orleans and Zupa’s is the only place, I’ve found, that has great gumbo in Utah. When my brother visits me from California we always head for Zupa’s for a big bowl of New Orleans Gumbo. It is sooo good!
