Zupas Featured on ABC’s “Good Things Utah” – 1/4/2006
See the video as we share the secrets behind two of our most popular recipes.

Dining Out: Zupas – 11/4/2005
I expected to find that Zupas, a “gourmet soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts” eatery with locations in Provo and Draper, was a big-chain corporate creation.
It’s got that slightly exotic-but-appealing vibe and a polished menu, and restaurant presentation that emphasizes bold color and enticing photos of the food. Plus, there’s an approach to making that food both fresh and fast that has obviously been carefully worked out. – DESERET NEWS

Table Talk – 10/19/2005
Zupas, a fast-casual restaurant chain, is hosting a “World Tour” of dishes from New England, France, Italy, the Mediterranean, India, Asia, New Orleans and the Caribbean. The event runs for the next eight weeks, with soups, salads and sandwiches, such as New England Chowder, Pina Colada Chicken and the Hawaiian Barbecue Panini Sandwich. Zupas has also launched a new line of fondue desserts.

Customers may pick up a passport for the World Tour at the two Utah Zupas restaurants, 408 W. 2230 North, Provo, and 64 E. 12300 South, Draper. Each week customers can get a stamp from each region, which makes them eligible for prize drawings of Zupas gift cards and a Caribbean cruise. – DESERET NEWS

“Soup, and salad, for your Zupas offers healthy fast-food fare with a chocolate-dipped strawberry on top” – 3/31/2005
Let’s start at the end: Meals at Zupas come with a chocolate-dipped strawberry for dessert.

It keeps with the summery theme of the new restaurant, which is done up in day-glo lime, tangerine and lemon colors, and features light, breezy salads. Then again, the restaurant also offers something for the cold winter months, with hearty, cream-based soups like Wild Mushroom Bisque and New England Clam Chowder. – Elyssa Andrus, DAILY HERALD

“Zupa: it means soup” – 3/21/2005
Enter Zupas, a new restaurant in Provo. Located in the same mall as Movies 8, Zupas is truly unique in that they offer a wide variety of soup and salads. To my knowledge, it is the only place where you can purchase a fruit salad and New England clam chowder as part of the same meal. – ZUPAS

Feeling green, celebrate spring with easy, breezy garden fare” – 3/10/2005
The brand-spanking-new kid on the salad block, Zupas opened mere weeks ago in Provo. The restaurant bills its cuisine as “gourmet soups, salads and desserts.” Patrons can choose from a dozen specialty salads — including the sweet, coconut-infused Pia Colada Chicken and the apple-, orange- and cranberry-filled Nuts About Fruit — or can create their own. With everything from bay shrimp to beats, from grapefruit to garbanzo beans, there are plenty of toppings to select for your ideal spring creation. – Elyssa Andrus, DAILY HERALD
